Meatballs

Meatballs – universally, easy to prepare and everyone wants it 😊

You can use them in pasta, taco, anywhere โ€ฆ I prefer to serve them with tomato sauce and pasta โ€ฆ
As a main ingredient I use pork shoulder, which I make at home, add egg, fresh parsley, grated mozzarella, red pepper, pepper, basil and salt. Each meat ball has 40 grams to make all properly baked โ€ฆ oven 20min to 200 Celsius + 5min to grill.
Meatballs can last for a few days, so you can use each day with a different variation.

Churros

Churros – you can meet it in every fast food, but if you are in the mood and want to have something delicious with fresh coffee, make Churros!
Heat the water, butter and sugar until the butter has melted, add the flour and mix for at least 3-5 minutes. Then I put the dough into the blender and gradually add 2 eggs while stirring. I push the finished dough into hot oil, the finished Churros is ideal to roll in vanilla sugar. Do you want a complete ideal? Soak Churros in melted chocolate. And donโ€™t forget โ€“ best on my plate 🙂

Shakshuka

This recipe is fast, simple, cheap but above all incredibly tasty: Shakshuka. In a frying pan, preferably cast iron, you slice the onion into strips and red pepper. Wait until the onions are caramelized, add garlic, dried ground pepper, chilli, ground caraway and after a while the tomatoes in the sauce. With a tablespoon you will make room on the egg and gently stew until the eggs are ready. You put parsley on top, you can add feta cheese or olives depending on your mood. And don’t forget – best on my plate ๐Ÿ™‚

Pasta aglio e olio

You have nothing to go wrong with this recipe. I make pasta myself, today I chose tagliatelle, cooked in water with olive oil.
Cut the garlic into small pieces and gently fry in olive oil. After a while you add chili peppers, make sure the garlic doesn’t turn brown, add pasta and you can serve. Best on my plate ๐Ÿ™‚
Red dry wine only complements the gastronomic experience.

Crispy Chicken With Beans And Tomato

This excellent recipe requires no experience, is simple and finally you get a fantastic smell and taste. It can be eaten alone, I serve with steamed rice.

You put white beans, cherry tomatoes, pressed garlic, thyme, basil and salt in a cast iron pot. Lay the cut chicken on top, dripping with olive oil and salt. Bake 45-50min at 400ยบC (200ยบC)

Korean streetfood on my plate

I found a video from Korean streedfood on youtube and got idea on breakfast.
Toasts roast on butter from both sides. Mix the vegetable mixture with the egg and roast from both sides on butter.
To make a sandwich + omelet, add ketchup and (very important !!) crystal sugar and close it with a sandwich.
You got it done in 5 minutes, we serve it with freshly ground coffee.

Chicken with vegetable and UDON noodle

Quick and simple dinner recipe:

chicken breast cut into small pieces, add soy sauce, fry in a cast iron pot, add a Chinese mix of vegetables and previously cooked UDON noodles.
I gently salt it, because soy sauce has a salty taste, I add ground chili, mix it together and fry for 3 minutes.
Fast, inexpensive and very tasty dinner meal, served on my plate ๐Ÿ™‚
