Meatballs – universally, easy to prepare and everyone wants it 😊
You can use them in pasta, taco, anywhere … I prefer to serve them with tomato sauce and pasta …
As a main ingredient I use pork shoulder, which I make at home, add egg, fresh parsley, grated mozzarella, red pepper, pepper, basil and salt. Each meat ball has 40 grams to make all properly baked … oven 20min to 200 Celsius + 5min to grill.
Meatballs can last for a few days, so you can use each day with a different variation.
