Crispy Chicken With Beans And Tomato

This excellent recipe requires no experience, is simple and finally you get a fantastic smell and taste. It can be eaten alone, I serve with steamed rice.

You put white beans, cherry tomatoes, pressed garlic, thyme, basil and salt in a cast iron pot. Lay the cut chicken on top, dripping with olive oil and salt. Bake 45-50min at 400ºC (200ºC)
