Pasta aglio e olio

You have nothing to go wrong with this recipe. I make pasta myself, today I chose tagliatelle, cooked in water with olive oil.
Cut the garlic into small pieces and gently fry in olive oil. After a while you add chili peppers, make sure the garlic doesn’t turn brown, add pasta and you can serve. Best on my plate 🙂
Red dry wine only complements the gastronomic experience.
