This recipe is fast, simple, cheap but above all incredibly tasty: Shakshuka. In a frying pan, preferably cast iron, you slice the onion into strips and red pepper. Wait until the onions are caramelized, add garlic, dried ground pepper, chilli, ground caraway and after a while the tomatoes in the sauce. With a tablespoon you will make room on the egg and gently stew until the eggs are ready. You put parsley on top, you can add feta cheese or olives depending on your mood.
